Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors. We are seeking a motivated WPC / Team Lead "Floater" to start May 1, 2026. This 3rd-shift leadership role will float between a 2 different sections and help transition the team between different areas. The ideal candidate is adaptable, coachable, optimistic, proactive, and eager to expand their skill set while supporting operational continuity.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to inspection plans and protocols.
- Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational skills.
- Effective in a quality management system.
- Fluent in reading and writing English.
- Must be U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, crawl in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Report to the Lead Technical Coach at a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate daily with the Operations Supervisor to enhance front-line associatesâ skills.
- Deliver recurring training (onboarding, monthly reviews, cross-training) based on Lead Technical Coaches guidance.
- Support Operations Lead and Supervisor by Addressing inspector queries, including interpreting engineering drawings.
- Participate in shift start and end meeting with Operations Leads and Supervisor to ensure seamless transitions.
- Submit daily end-of-shift emails to Lead Technical Coach and Site Manager, summarizing wins and challenges.
