About The Position

The Workplace Ambassador at Flik Hospitality Group is responsible for enhancing workplace operations through a hospitality-focused approach. This role involves providing exceptional service to employees and clients, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth office operations at a Wells Fargo Administrative location. The ambassador will collaborate with various stakeholders to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any operational issues that arise.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a business partner with Workplace Leads, Site Leaders/Coordinators, and team members to assist in office services/operations.
  • Provide on-site welcome and assistance for all in-house clients throughout the scheduled shift.
  • Ensure availability of supplies such as headsets and technology cables for staff support.
  • Promote engagement and facilitate a sense of community among employees.
  • Support functions including life safety and badge access.
  • Assist with the overall appearance of the facility, including restocking supplies and organizing furniture.
  • Monitor events and in-office activities to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any arising problems.
  • Manage enterprise meeting rooms, report inconsistencies, and coordinate AV maintenance as necessary.
  • Assist new hires or relocators in navigating their new workspace.
  • Log and report all issues through the appropriate ticketing system, ensuring effective follow-up and resolution.
  • Monitor employee adherence to workplace policies and work to resolve compliance issues.
  • Solicit feedback on the flex seating experience and communicate it to the appropriate team.
  • Analyze data for issue trends and collaborate with Facilities Management and tech teams for effective resolutions.
  • Build positive relationships to cultivate trust in the ambassador's ability to resolve issues quickly.
  • Support customer inquiries and issues with a tactful and confidential approach.
  • Engage visibly with employees to be a known presence in the workplace.
