This role serves as a key liaison between employers, employees, and treating physicians to support safe and timely return-to-work outcomes. Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between employee, employer, and physician
- Manage medical release information and work status updates
- Ensure compliance with ADA, state, and client requirements
- Reduce time away from work and improve claim outcomes
- Track and measure results using established guidelines and procedures
