About The Position
The Workorder Dispatcher coordinates the flow of work. The dispatcher ensures the materials or parts are available, then coordinates with operations and the available labor to schedule the job. The dispatcher does this while making sure to level the workload of the technicians and to complete the workorder information gathering. The lead times for parts and equipment as well as the elapsed time to complete the workorder are critical data points to collect in ARCHIBUS. This information will then be used on the next workorder cycle to improve efficiency and the workorder process. This position requires the employee to successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
