About The Position

The Working Warhawk II position is a student worker role within the AUM Athletics Department, focusing on providing support during home athletic events and special events. Team members will represent Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) and assist with various gameday operations, marketing, ticketing, and other athletics-related tasks, primarily during evenings and weekends.

• Graphic Design proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Game Filming and/or BlueFrame Technology video streaming experience
• Broadcasting experience
• Experience using NCAA Live Stats, StatCrew, and Presto Sports Statistics Software
• Knowledge of sport-specific rules and scoreboard operations for AUM's varsity sports
• Experience using HomeTown Ticketing or similar online ticketing platform
• Experience with special events or game operations

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Athletics Game Day Operations team.
• Be on-time and work all scheduled events.
• Serve as an engaging and welcoming representative of AUM and AUM Athletics for fans.
• Assist in general AUM Athletics gameday responsibilities, including gameday operations, marketing, ticketing, camerawork, photography, scoreboard operations, and other athletics communications duties.
• Help with AUM Athletics special events and department representation on campus.
