Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Implement best practices for cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Support the branch manager in achieving operational goals and objectives.
