Working Supervisor - Evening Cleaning
About The Position
JV Janitorial is seeking a Working Supervisor to lead evening cleaning operations at Westfield Country Club, a multi-building property including a pool house and four ancillary buildings. This is a hands-on leadership role — the majority of your shift will be spent cleaning, while also ensuring the site is running smoothly and up to JV standards. What You’ll Do Perform general cleaning duties across multiple buildings (restrooms, floors, common areas, etc.) Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and consistency Monitor and manage inventory and supply ordering Assist with training new team members Provide coverage for call-offs or scheduling gaps Serve as the point person onsite during your shift QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Prior commercial cleaning experience required Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accountability Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time Reliable and consistent attendance (critical for this role) Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in maintaining a high-profile client location.
