To support our HR Business Partner team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in operational activities within the employee life cycle and will be an integral part of the team that works on strategic support and consulting across all departments on matters related to the employee life cycle. Through our agile business partner model, we offer comprehensive support on personnel issues ranging from onboarding and qualification to organizational design and change management.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in the area of Human Resources, Economics, Social Studies, Labour Law or equivalent field
• First hand experience and demonstrated interest within the field of HR
• Profound knowledge of MS Office Applications
• First knowledge in SAP
• Fluent in English and German
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Organized and proactive functioning

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks within the entire Employee Life Cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Participate in team meetings and projects to gain insights into HR management activities
• Create presentations and communication templates as well as evaluate KPIs
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on HR projects and take responsibility for own projects
