About The Position

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Workfront Consultant with strong Adobe Workfront Fusion expertise to support an ongoing implementation. This role will focus on post-implementation support, automation, and integrations, ensuring the Workfront platform is optimized, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion
Experience building and maintaining system integrations (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks
Experience with workflow design and process optimization
Familiarity with Jira integrations is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a client-facing, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting post-implementation / run-and-operate environments
Knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
Previous consulting experience in enterprise environments

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate business processes
Support and enhance Workfront integrations, particularly with Salesforce
Configure and optimize Workfront workflows, templates, and project structures
Troubleshoot and maintain API integrations and data flows
Provide ongoing platform support and operational improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
Support integrations with tools such as Jira and other enterprise platforms
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance
