About The Position

These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. In change management and communications at PwC, you will focus on helping clients navigate organisational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organisational adoption and minimise resistance. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
