Responsibilities

  • Owning, optimizing, and enhancing an already established HR and Talent Technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on iCIMS, ADP, PeopleTrail, and Relias.
  • Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Compliance, and Operations leaders to ensure systems are stable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Leveraging existing configurations, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency, data integrity, reporting, and user experience rather than rebuilding systems from scratch.
  • Serving as the day-to-day system expert, managing enhancements, configurations, integrations, user access, audits, and vendor relationships across platforms.
