About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in downtown Dallas, TX. No relocation is offered. As an AT&T Workforce Support Manager partnered with DirectTV, you will oversee field personnel who support the operational activities at DirectTV and deliver service to their customers across the entertainment industry. You'll ensure the individuals are empowered with the tools, access, and systems they need to succeed, while maintaining operational efficiency and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous non-technical project management experience supporting business process is preferred.
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with Financial, HR, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience in Wireless or media entertainment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain access to critical business systems, including financial, HR, sales, PMO, and mass-market platforms.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns remotely, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day service business processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Act as a go-to resource for resolving immediate technical needs.
  • Work closely with the field to meet financial objectives while maintaining high service standards.
  • Provide direct support for access issues and issue resolution.
  • Ensure that field resources and processes align with DIRECTV's goals for sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Help maintain service delivery standards that align with the company's objectives for quality and profitability.
  • Facilitate the implementation of best practices.
  • Represent AT&T and DIRECTV professionally, delivering a consistent and positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
