Parents And Children Together is playing an active role in developing a deeper understanding of poverty to help build sustainable pathways out of poverty faced by our local residents and families. PACT’s poverty prevention approach uses the Bridges Out of Poverty framework to educate and engage with key community partners while building on our collective strengths and increasing our influence in addressing the root causes of poverty in Hawaii. Many of PACT’s poverty prevention efforts are intertwined with its Economic Opportunity Center initiatives that take a holistic approach to poverty alleviation. The Workforce Success Program Supervisor provides leadership, coordination, and hands-on service delivery for the workforce-focused programs that promotes economic stability, poverty prevention, and overall community well-being. This position balances program oversight with direct service responsibilities, delivering individualized employee support across partner employers and facilitation initiatives such as Bridges Overviews, Getting Ahead cohorts, and ALICE AUW programming. The Supervisor builds and sustains employer and community partnerships, ensures compliance with funding and reporting requirements, and contributes to program sustainability efforts The Workforce Success Program Supervisor is under the direct supervision of the Program Director.
