Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in Education/Training.
• 1+ years of experience in Auditing.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Supports change-management and sustainment initiatives for workforce staffing productivity.
• Creates content and provides ongoing training for new hires related to workforce staffing.
• Advises leaders on staffing needs and barriers, providing coaching on continuous improvement.
• Analyzes and documents real-time productivity data to inform staffing decisions.
• Communicates shift staffing changes effectively to caregivers and leaders.
• Maintains time tracking records and applies pay codes per policy.
• Teaches staff about specific departmental issues on a formal and informal basis.
• Develops and coordinates training documents and seminars to enhance employee knowledge.
• Assesses end-user needs to maximize application functionality and improve workflows.
• Consults on process improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
• Maintains supply listings and orders supplies as needed in line with the departmental budget.
• Assists with departmental workflow as required.
