About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Solutions and Total Rewards team at Mercer. This role will be based in the Tampa, FL, with consideration for candidates in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office or onsite with clients. As a Workforce Solutions and Total Rewards Sales Professional, you will leverage Mercer's reputation as a globally recognized leader in HR consulting to drive sales and help employers address their most critical workforce challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the workforce management, total rewards, or similar industry.
  • Experience selling into middle and large-sized organizations in the Florida, Georgia and/or mid-Atlantic territory.
  • Successful professional service sales experience with a focus on driving new business and managing a highly complex matrix-driven environment.

  • Strong business acumen to understand diverse client challenges, and innate curiosity to explore and tailor solutions without preconceived notions.

  • Ability to articulate your sales funnel, including how you identify, research, profile, and prospect accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net new business sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of workforce and total rewards solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations and negotiate and close contracts.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
