About The Position

As a Workforce Solutions Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience learning how a staffing agency operates- from candidate outreach and scheduling to front-office support and exposure to HR functions, such as onboarding processes, compliance support, and employee documentation. This internship is a great opportunity to build professional skills, make real connections, and gain insight into recruiting, HR, and operations.

Requirements

  • Eager to learn about staffing, recruiting, and office operations.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with people.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools.
  • Positive, proactive, and ready to contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

  • Spend your first two weeks shadowing the Front Office Coordinator to learn candidate intake and office operations.
  • Work with the Staffing Coordinator to understand recruiting, scheduling, candidate onboarding and candidate engagement.
  • Make outbound calls and send messages to candidates to introduce the company and maintain a positive experience.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings, and keep accurate candidate records in our systems.
  • Support general office tasks and ad hoc projects to keep the office running smoothly.
