We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join Mercer’s sales team. This position is based in one of our key locations: Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, or New York City. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite at the office. As a Workforce Solutions and Total Rewards Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our Total Rewards Products and Services by supporting the acquisition and development of new mid-market clients within a designated territory. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and adept at prospecting, cultivating sales opportunities, and collaborating closely with sales professionals to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions.
