In this strategic role, you will guide the enterprise rollout of QGenda, our new unified platform for scheduling, timekeeping, and labor management. Acting as the bridge between clinical operations and technical teams, you’ll drive adoption, streamline workflows, and support change management across providers, nurses, and staff. Job Summary: Supports the organization’s mission through strategic oversight of a dynamic workforce management solution that has unified timekeeping, attendance, labor and scheduling in a single, integrated platform. This critical role will act as the bridge between enterprise stakeholders and the technical team, driving adoption and optimization of the workforce platform to meet business needs. Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Nursing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Five years’ clinical experience, with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility
  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
  • Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
  • Rare climbing.
  • None

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the expert liaison between the technical team and enterprise stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and collaboration.
  • Designs and implements plans for new workforce initiatives to advance enterprise goals.
  • Leads the strategic rollout and adoption of the workforce platform across the organization.
  • Directs requests and recommendations from enterprise leadership to the technical team.
  • Assesses and validates innovative use cases for the workforce platform to meet critical business demands.
  • Owns and refines comprehensive documentation of workforce workflows and processes.
  • Partners with the technical subject matter expert (SME) to align bold objectives with technical implementation.
  • Directs training and onboarding programs to ensure robust adoption by new workforce platform users.
  • Oversees and drives change management processes to support implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
