ARA is seeking a highly motivated Workforce Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team! Summary: This position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a focus on continuous improvement. The role involves managing call center workforce scheduling, forecasting, staff scheduling, and software administration while supporting cross-departmental projects. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining scheduling templates, overseeing daily workflows, creating specialized calendars, and ensuring a customer service-oriented environment. The coordinator will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide real-time reporting, and collaborate with management to address challenges and optimize staffing levels to meet business needs.
