About The Position

Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS) is seeking a Workforce Project Coordinator to join our growing organization. The Lead Workforce Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of workforce operations for a distributed team of warehouse workers, packers, and pharmacists. This role is responsible for coordinating staffing activities, ensuring accurate timekeeping, and supporting labor compliance requirements, including Service Contract Act (SCA) environments. This position is operations-focused and coordination-driven. It is not an onsite supervisor role and does not serve as an HR policy-setting position.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience coordinating hourly labor or workforce operations
  • Experience with timekeeping systems and payroll support processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Service Contract Act (SCA) labor environments
  • Experience supporting warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or healthcare operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS or timekeeping platforms (e.g., ADP, UKG, Paycom, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Workforce Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for workforce scheduling, attendance, and operational questions
  • Track staffing levels, coverage gaps, and overtime trends
  • Coordinate with onsite leads and operations management to support workforce needs
  • Timekeeping & Payroll Support Collect, review, and validate timesheets for hourly staff
  • Ensure accurate reporting of hours worked, leave, and overtime
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies prior to payroll processing
  • Labor Compliance Support (SCA) Support Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance by applying labor categories, wage determinations, and fringe requirements
  • Maintain required labor documentation and records
  • Assist with audits, reviews, and compliance reporting as needed
  • Hiring & Onboarding Coordination Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics
  • Support onboarding activities including system access, timekeeping setup, and orientation coordination
  • Track onboarding completion and workforce readiness
  • Issue Escalation & Communication Serve as a first-line escalation point for workforce issues related to attendance, scheduling, or time reporting
  • Escalate matters to HR or leadership when formal action or policy guidance is required
  • Maintain professional, consistent communication with frontline staff
