We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Workforce Planning Data Analyst to join our team. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in workforce planning, HR analytics, or business intelligence.
  • 6+ years of experience working as a data analyst or in a similar role.
  • 6+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, Recruiting Analytics, or a similar function.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or statistical software.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • A self-starter who can take initiative and create solutions in an ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business partners, IT, finance, and talent acquisition to develop accurate headcount forecasts and predictive models.
  • Work with a high degree of autonomy to define necessary data and analysis to solve complex business problems.
  • Provide insights that support organizational design, spans of control, and location strategies.
  • Serve as a key partner to various departments, ensuring data-driven insights align with organizational goals.
  • Research and evaluate talent intelligence tools and methodologies to improve long-term hiring decisions.
