About The Position
We are seeking a forward-thinking Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant to help build and enhance a robust workforce planning function within Emory Healthcare. This internal consulting role will analyze workforce data to forecast talent needs, create predictive supply and demand models, and identify organizational risks. The Consultant will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, and Learning & Development to develop and support strategic workforce plans that align with Emory Healthcare's mission and long-term growth objectives.
