About The Position

This position reports to the Manager of Workforce Planning and provides advanced data collection, analysis and feasibility studies for forecasting the future staffing needs of Valley Children's Healthcare. This position also administers the design and implementation of the compensation programs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and competitiveness with current market trends. Demonstrates initiative and creativity in identifying opportunities and compiling, analyzing, and presenting data to support creative solutions. Through the analysis of current demographics and needed skill set, this position will identify gaps and participate in developing strategies to build quantitative labor forecasts that guide and support organizational performance, planning, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • College Degree - 4 year (required)
  • Minimum five (5) years Data analysis, compensation, human resources or related experience (required)
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to analyze data and possess excellent computer skills with a high degree of accuracy with an exceptional proficiency in Excel
  • Must be accurate and efficient with database entry and use critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
