The work location is in Warren, NJ working a hybrid schedule. This individual will support workforce planning across the global company. They will support the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and the Finance teams through all phases of the workforce planning cycle including: annual headcount planning, monthly/quarterly releases of approved positions, monthly headcount review meetings and daily management of the process for opening roles in recruiting. They will be responsible for making sure that all stakeholders know the upcoming meeting schedules and gather/provide the key information needed for these meetings.
