The Payroll Operations team is transforming how we work at Smurfit Westrock. Multiple projects are currently underway in an effort to produce efficient and sustainable processes. The Payroll Systems team plays a vital role in the department's day-to-day operations by providing timely support to our internal customers as the first point of contact for system-related issues. The team also supports multiple functions within payroll operations, such as payroll tax and payroll administration. We work closely with the technology organization to identify and deliver solutions while addressing technical issues as they arise. This role will primarily support our timekeeping system while working collaboratively to support the overall payroll-processing function.
