As part of this exciting program of work, the UKG Pro Migration Project Team is seeking an experienced and versatile Workforce Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support both Scheduling and Payroll components of Mater’s transition to UKG Pro Workforce Management. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Mater’s future state workforce management capability. As the UKG Pro Workforce Management SME, you will provide expert guidance across both scheduling and payroll streams to ensure system design, configuration and testing align with operational, industrial and legislative requirements. You will work closely with project teams, operational leaders, and technical specialists to support a high‑quality system implementation that enhances workforce efficiency, ensures compliant pay outcomes, and meets the needs of a complex healthcare organisation.
