Requirements

• Brings prior experience in scheduling and time editing within a high-volume or complex staffing environment
• Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Preferably demonstrates working knowledge of Virtual Roster, Workday, and EKG systems
• Handles multiple priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibits 2+ years of prior relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver smart scheduling solutions based on current business needs and exceptions
• Partner with department leaders to analyze staffing needs and create strategies for peak efficiency
• Implement best practices while honoring labor agreements and maintaining fairness and equity in scheduling
• Track and manage key performance metrics including Service Level, Occupancy, Abandonment Rate, ASA, and AHT
• Balance scheduling efficiency with legal requirements and service expectations to support a seamless operation
