The Workforce Management Scheduler at Pearl Interactive Network is responsible for analyzing call volumes, forecasting staffing requirements, and creating effective schedules to ensure optimal coverage in a remote call center environment. This role involves maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and operational efficiency by considering various factors such as Average Handle Time (AHT), shrinkage, absenteeism, and seasonal trends. The WFM Scheduler will also assist in reviewing headcount and determining the staffing needs for attrition classes.
