The purpose of this individual contributor role is to design, develop, and execute talent pipeline strategies for technical and non-technical career pathways, from early career to leadership roles, to equip ET’s workforce with engaging talent to increase stability and operational performance in alignment with ET strategy and regulatory requirements. Serve as a key subject matter expert (SME) on workforce labor mobility optimization, talent and engagement strategies, and workforce reporting. Partners with leadership in development of ET strategic workforce recruitment roadmap and reporting.
