About The Position
The Workforce Management Advisor/Demand Planner is a back-office type role that will have part ownership in the overall demand generation for the Client pillar. They will start 'at the top' with our Client projections, and forecast the arrival timing and volume for each step of the process. This demand generation will then directly feed to our capacity planners who will plug it into their models to outline risks to Client Readiness (Access to Care), as well as advise toward efficient financial management of resources. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will be required to perform onsite 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.
