The WXP Technology Advocacy Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and engagement of WXP and Digital services. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of the WXP Technology Advocacy Team, this individual will work closely with technical communities, industry analysts, and internal teams to promote the product, gather feedback, and support user needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering relationships within the technology industry.

  • Oversee and manage advocacy programs aimed at promoting WXP and Digital services, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and supporting user needs.
  • Produce technical content, including documentation, guides, best practices, and case studies, to support user engagement and adoption.
  • Organize and lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate users and internal teams on the product's features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager to develop and execute PR strategies, including securing coverage in industry-leading publications like Gartner and Forrester.
  • Represent WXP and Digital services at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, showcasing the product's capabilities and benefits.
  • Act as a conduit for user feedback, ensuring that the product development team is aware of user needs, pain points, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive strategy for product promotion and adoption.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials and provide technical support during the sales process.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, product management, technical sales or a related field (MBA preferred) or relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology advocacy, market engagement, SaaS product management, or related roles within the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with technical communities, industry analysts, and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in content creation, training, and educational initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative approach, with experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing.
