Recruitment & Outreach Actively promote short-term workforce programs through community engagement, job fairs, social media, and direct outreach. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate program information. Build partnerships with employers, community organizations, and agencies to increase enrollment. Enrollment & Onboarding Guide students through the application and registration process. Assist students with financial assistance opportunities, including scholarships, grants, and workforce funding. Conduct orientation sessions to ensure students understand program requirements and expectations. Course Scheduling & Coordination Develop and maintain course schedules for short-term programs in collaboration with instructors and department leadership. Coordinate with leadership to schedule classes based on student demand, instructor availability, and facility resources. Publish updated class calendars and promptly communicate schedule changes. Monitor enrollment numbers and recommend schedule adjustments to maximize class capacity. Student Support & Retention Provide ongoing communication and support to students throughout the enrollment process. Coordinate with instructors, advisors, campus directors and career services to ensure a positive student experience. Identify barriers to enrollment and retention and escalate concerns to leadership when necessary. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate student and course scheduling records in CRM and student management systems. Generate enrollment and scheduling reports for leadership on a weekly and monthly basis. Provide campus directors enrollment updates biweekly. Track trends to inform recruitment and scheduling strategies. SNAP E&T Verify SNAP eligibility for all Workforce and Academic students enrolled in SNAP-eligible programs and follow up on direct referrals. Maintain and update the SNAP Works portal with all services rendered, reimbursements, and eligibility information. Collaborate with the Workforce Finance Coordinator to provide lists of eligible recipients, document services rendered and submit all necessary backup documentation for reimbursement claims. Work closely with the LCTCS SNAP Liaison to ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and adherence to program requirements. Attend SNAP training events sponsored by LCTCS and SNAP, as applicable. Provide case management services for all SNAP-approved students throughout their enrollment period, including guidance and support to promote student success. Prepare and submit quarterly updates on student employment, wages, and educational progress.
