The Workforce Development Manager is responsible for overseeing non-credit programs related to workforce development at Lakes Region Community College. This role includes managing various training programs, building relationships with local businesses, and ensuring the development and execution of effective curricula. The manager will also be involved in marketing, recruitment, and the hiring and development of instructors, while reporting directly to the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
