About the position

The position involves developing and managing a regional and local workforce development strategy for Constellation, focusing on creating access for underrepresented and underserved individuals to join the energy industry. The role requires building relationships with various stakeholders, managing workforce development initiatives, and tracking impact metrics to support community investment and diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and manage regional and local workforce development initiatives and partnerships.
• Build relationships with community organizations, colleges, schools, unions, and training programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR to support community impact and workforce development priorities.
• Track key impact metrics and obtain feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage logistics and programmatic details related to budget, program participation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or related field with a minimum of 8 years related business experience, or 12 years of relative experience in lieu of a degree.
• Basic knowledge of corporate community pipeline and skill development strategies.
• Experience with local, state, and federal grant funding and board strategy.
• Strong project management skills and relationship building experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic knowledge of the energy industry and current issues relevant to it.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
