In the role of Workforce Development Clerk, we'll count on you to: Entering and maintaining candidate and onboarding data in internal systems. Assisting with tracking workforce development candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process. Assist with recruiting efforts for new leads through initial phone calls and emails, as well as follow-ups throughout the onboarding process. Supporting documentation, preparation and organization for new hires. Coordinating administrative aspects of onboarding workflows. Ensuring records are complete, accurate, and updated timely. Assisting the team with general clerical and administrative tasks related to recruitment operations. Additional Administrative / Clerical Support Duties In addition to recruitment support, this role could also assist the team with general administrative coordination, including: Tracking service tickets and monitoring progress. IT Asset Inventory Software Licensing & Subscriptions User accounts & Devices IT Service requests Projects IT Purchase requests Coordinating with manager on status updates and follow-ups. Assist Facility Manager with tracking facilities issues and monitor resolution progress. Assisting with obtaining quotes for project related items. Maintaining tracking logs for service requests and facilities items. Drafting status updates, reports, and follow-up emails for the team. Providing general clerical and data tracking support to assist team operations. Other related duties

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
