Data Interpretation: Use workforce data to highlight emerging patterns such as turnover risk, staffing capacity gaps, and operational pressures. Leadership Support: Translate complex workforce data into clear insights that help leaders make informed decisions about staffing, planning, and operations. Access, analyze, interpret, and report complex workforce and environmental data to support and elevate Seattle Children's workforce planning process and talent strategies. Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to identify and recommend strategic data needs that support significant business decisions related to the organization's workforce. Provide guidance and consultation on the selection, implementation, evaluation and support of multifaceted systems and information analysis that support hospital operations, HR industry best practices and data analysis methodologies. Apply substantial depth of skill and experience to review, recommend and implement solutions that enable end users to effectively understand and use data and related to guide decision making and support operations.
