About The Position
U.S. Bank has a rare opportunity as we are hiring a Workforce Capacity Planning Manager to our large organization. This position will lead our advanced analytics and capacity planning initiatives for the Consumer & Business Banking Operations business line. This role is pivotal in creating and implementing sophisticated analytics capabilities, designing complex prospecting models, and performing advanced business intelligence analyses. The successful candidate will interpret results to develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the division. This position will build and lead a team of analysts responsible for forecasting and capacity planning and will serve as a key liaison to the Operations business line and other internal partners.
