About The Position
The Workforce Applications Lead is responsible for the design, development, and management of the Hospital's Workforce applications systems, including documentation, programming, configuration, testing, and training. This role prioritizes upgrades and enhancements based on organizational goals, translates user requirements into product specifications, and advises stakeholders on product functionality. The position also involves maintaining vendor relationships and supporting new functionalities in UKG, particularly the Extensions module, in a hybrid work environment.
