The Workforce Administrator plays a key role in keeping our contact-center technologies running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll help configure and support the daily operations of our NICE platform and relate telephony/workforce systems, ensuring accuracy, reliable performance, and an exceptional experience for our Member Solution Center, Loan Phone Center, and other retail business teams.
