About The Position

The Workflow Coordinator SME will provide executive administrative services, workflow coordination, and operational support to ensure the effective management of leadership priorities and mission objectives. The workflow coordinator will ensure centralized coordination of leadership priorities by overseeing workflow efficiency, tracking operational tasks, and acting as the primary point of contact for executive scheduling, engagements, and decision-making support. Additionally, the workflow coordinator will support the coordination of high-level workflows, track operational tasking, and facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders. Lastly, the workflow coordinator will oversee workflow efficiency, manage executive schedules, and ensure that leadership engagements are properly aligned with mission objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to: assisting in the development of reports, briefings, and correspondence to ensure leadership has the necessary information for decision-making; coordinating and overseeing meeting logistics, preparing background materials, and tracking follow-up actions to maintain operational continuity; supporting executive travel and operational requirements, ensuring that logistical and administrative needs are addressed in alignment with organizational priorities and policies; acting as a central point of contact for workflow management and operational coordination, supporting leadership’s ability to execute strategic initiatives efficiently; and facilitating the flow of information, monitoring the progress of key operational tasks, and providing responsive support to ensure adaptability to shifting mission priorities.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience with a BS/BA degree.
  • 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-level stakeholders.

  • Workflow management experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Experience briefing senior leadership on project status.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively between multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in measuring and delivering quality and implementing process improvement initiatives.
