About The Position

The Workflow Analyst at Tapestry is responsible for managing order waves within the North Las Vegas Fulfillment Center. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring the efficient processing of orders, ensuring that workflows remain on track and that resources are allocated effectively. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to optimize productivity and maintain accurate inventory levels, utilizing data analysis and problem-solving skills to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, analytics, or a related field preferred.
• More than one year of experience in a customer service or related warehouse function.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with WMS systems.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Excel and analytical experience.
• Experience with WMS reporting.
• Experience with SQL and APIs.
• Three or more years of support roles within Logistics, Distribution, or related warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage order waves within the fulfillment center, planning and scheduling based on order volume and operational capacity.
• Monitor the progress of each order wave, ensuring workflows remain on track.
• Allocate individual orders to distribution associates or specific zones within the warehouse based on various factors.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to address bottlenecks and optimize productivity.
• Enter and update order wave-related data into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Perform audits during and after the order wave process to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor conveyor systems for jams or stoppages and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Extract and analyze operational metrics from the WMS database using SQL.
• Support inventory optimization and slotting initiatives through data analysis.
• Maintain communication with Customer Support teams to provide updates on orders.
