National Star Services, a leading facility management company with over 27 years of industry experience, is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to support operations across multiple departments in their client’s facility located in Des Plaines, IL 60018. Open positions include Pot Washers, Kitchen Helpers, Food Packers, Silverware Packers, Janitors, and Warehouse Helpers.

Requirements

• Authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Slip-resistant shoes required for safety
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift as required by the role

Nice To Haves

• Availability to start working asap preferred
• Custodial experience (Janitors)
• Warehouse experience (Warehouse Helpers)

Responsibilities

• Wash, sort, and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
• Pack and assemble food items according to production orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of facility areas.
• Assist kitchen staff by following recipes and preparation guidelines.
• Polish and assemble cutlery, napkins, and linens.
• Pack utensils to meet client specifications.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production timelines.
• Receive and verify deliveries against invoices and orders.
• Communicate material shortages, excess inventory, or discrepancies.
