About The Position
NJM Insurance Group is excited to announce its Summer 2025 Internship Program, designed for motivated and dynamic individuals eager to learn and contribute to the Workers Compensation Underwriting department. This robust program offers interns a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful work, where they will not only be contributors but also collaborators within the team. Interns will have the chance to participate in a variety of activities, including lunch with company leaders, where they can gain insights into the insurance industry and the key departments that drive the organization. A highlight of the internship is the Team Intern Project, where interns will research and present a business question to top leaders, providing them with a platform to showcase their analytical skills and creativity. Additionally, the program includes leader presentations that cover essential topics such as the insurance industry and the workings of various departments. Interns will also have the opportunity to conduct informational interviews in areas of interest, allowing them to explore different facets of the business. To foster a sense of community and fun, the program includes social events such as a night at the Trenton Thunder Game, two volunteer events aimed at giving back to the community, and weekly game days. The internship is not just about work; it’s about building connections and learning in a supportive environment.
