Our growing client is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation representative will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of workers' compensation claims, return-to-work and light-duty programs, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, WC, disability, personal leave) . This position ensures compliance, timely communication, accurate documentation, and alignment between HR and the department The position is an employee-facing and roles that that leads and manages WC cases, ensures accurate benefits coordination, and directly supports injury-related investigations and OSHA reporting.
