Primary Responsibilities/Requirements: Fax clinical notes and work status forms to employers, case managers and insurance adjusters in timely manner. Update WC Info Sheets daily to ensure complete and accurate contact and insurance information prior to patient’s appointment. Work correspondence from worker’s comp payers Take incoming phone calls from employers, case managers and adjusters pertaining to work status and treatment plans on patients. Ensures all calls and messages are returned by end of day. Document in EHR when you work any correspondence or take a phone call regarding a work comp patient. Update employer/case manager files with appropriate information for contact. All other duties as assigned or asked to perform.
