The Workers' Compensation Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing all workers' compensation, return to work related issues and corresponding aspects of the Company's health and safety programs. This role is responsible for implementing all matters of the program including claims investigations, settlements and litigation as well as reviewing trends associated with claims, developing recommendations and programs to address concerns and advising leadership teams on changes to the legislative landscape.
