- Experience in SC state and federal courts.
- Prior experience in a worker’s compensation practice is required.
- High level of organization & preparation.
- Motivated with strong work ethic.
- Communicate effectively and possess excellent writing, analytical, and computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Have 2+ years experience in Workers' Compensation defense is preferred
- Extensive experience with discovery.
