About The Position

The Law Offices of Bradford & Barthel, LLP is seeking workers' compensation attorneys throughout the State of California. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus. Client-Focused Approach: Proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service from assignment through resolution. Skills & Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools. Requirements

  • Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred
  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing required
