About The Position
Work to oversee workers' compensation claims adjusters in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims. Collaborate with adjusters to ensure processes are processed properly medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information. Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries. Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary. Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation. #LI-PR1
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or related work experience
- 3-5 years of experience handling Workers Compensation/Indemnity claims
- leadership experience required
- Experience managing NV workers' compensation files
- Nevada residence required
