Workers Compensation Claims Specialist
About The Position
The Workers Compensation Claims Specialist supports the intake, investigation, and management of workers' compensation claims in a professional and confidential manner. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong organizational skills. Success in this position depends on effective written and verbal communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to maintain clear and open communication with both internal and external partners.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- OSHA/MSHA experience (preferred)
